- Prompt Response – contact with the referring firm within 24 hours at the latest from the time of reception of the referral
- Strong cooperation with the referring firm for the benefit of the client
- Providing detailed explanation of the client’s objectives to the firm that will be handling the case
- Confirmation that there is no conflict of interest
- Providing reports or an online account to keep the client/referring firm informed of the activities
- Securing and segregating all collected assets from those of the operation of the law firm
- Disbursing all collected assets to the client a.s.a.p.
- Jointly responding to national invitations to tender
